
If you're an amateur in pastry, whether just starting out or already passionate, and you're looking to experience something indulgently unique, this workshop is just for you.
In this workshop, we'll be crafting a deliciously fruity raspberry dessert that's bursting with flavor!

In this class you will learn
- How to bake a soft sponge cake with lime zest
- A Madagascar vanilla diplomat cream
- A red fruit confit
- How to garnish and decorate the red fruits dessert using a piping bag.
No prior pastry knowledge is required—I'll guide you through the entire workshop, sharing plenty of tips to help you master the recipes. And at the end, you'll leave with a stunning dessert to share.

You will leave the class with
- A cake box with your beautifully red fruits cake.
- The know-how to recreate your pastries at home.
- The recipes covered during the workshop.
After the hard work, comes the comfort!
At the end, we take the time to taste your pastries with a refreshing drink. I also provide a cake box for you to take your chef-made creations home, ready to impress your family and friends.

I welcome you from Monday to Saturday for sessions in the morning or afternoon.
An apron is provided upon arrival, along with refreshments and homemade biscuits.
