At this parent-child workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious, fudgy and decadent chocolate cake, made with half brownie and half chocolate chip cockie. It's a playful and fun pastry class, accessible to all children starting from 6 years old.

In this class you will learn
- The cookie dough.
- The brownie maker Roasted pecans.
- The assembly and decor of the brookie I will teach you how to make a tender and delicious brookie.
- No need for pastry knowledge, I guide you throughout the workshop and give you all the tips to succeed like a chef. Accessible to the general public for a child between 6 and 12 years old plus an adult.
You will leave the class with
- A cake box containing your brookie to share with those around you.
- The recipe so you can make this cake at home.
More informations
I welcome you from Monday to Saturday for sessions in the morning or afternoon.
An apron is provided upon your arrival, as well as refreshments and homemade cookies.
The location is in the 6th arrondissement of Marseille.
