A workshop dedicated to the lemon meringue pie, a classic of French pastry.
Throughout this workshop, I guide you through the various steps of the recipe.
A must-have in pastry that delights us with every bite: the tartness of the lemon complemented by the sweetness of the Italian meringue, and the smooth texture of the lemon cream enhanced by the crispiness of the sweet pastry.
At the end, we take the time to taste your creations and I provide you with a cake box to take your pastries home and share them with your loved ones.

I welcome you from Monday to Saturday for sessions in the morning or afternoon.
An apron is provided upon your arrival, as well as refreshments and homemade cookies.
