Throughout this workshop, I guide you through the various steps of the recipe.
Raspberry tarts, strawberry tarts, exotic fruit tarts, no tart will hold secrets for you!
At the end, we take the time to taste your creations and I provide you with a cake box to take your pastries home and share them with your loved ones.

In this class you will learn
- How to prepare sweet pastry or Breton shortbread
- How to make the vanilla bean pastry cream
- How to prepare the fruit confit and decor with fresh seasonal fruits
- How to decorate the pastry using a piping bag
I will teach you how to make delicious pies tailored to your tastes and the seasons.
No prior pastry knowledge is necessary, I will guide you throughout the workshop!

I welcome you from Monday to Saturday for sessions in the morning or afternoon.
An apron is provided upon your arrival, as well as refreshments and homemade cookies.
The location is in the 6th arrondissement of Marseille.
