You want to share a pastry experience with your family and have fun. These workshops are ideal!
During this workshop, we will make delicious vanilla cream puffs and gourmet chouquettes. At the end, we take the time to taste your creations, and if there are any left, you will leave with a beautiful cake box to share with your loved ones.
In this class you will learn
- How to prepare choux pastry
- How to pipe the puffs
- How to prepare a delightful vanilla whipped cream with mascarpone
- How to fill your choux pastry and how to use different tips to pipe
I will teach you how to make delicious, soft, and very indulgent choux pastries.
No prior pastry knowledge is necessary; I will guide you throughout the workshop, and at the end, you will leave with chef-quality choux pastries!
Accessible to all, for children aged between 7 and 14, accompanied by an adult.
You will leave the class with
- A box full of your own beautifully cream puffs
- The know how to recreate your pastries at home

I welcome you from Monday to Saturday for sessions in the morning or afternoon.
An apron is provided upon your arrival, as well as refreshments and homemade cookies.
The location is in the 6th arrondissement of Marseille.
