You are pastry enthusiasts, beginners, or passionate about baking. Do you want to experience a gourmet and unique adventure? This workshop is for you.
During this workshop, we will make a chocolate salted caramel tart.
In this class you will learn
- A cocoa shortcrust pastry
- Salted butter caramel
- Smooth chocolate ganache
- Assembling and decorating the chocolate tart
No prior pastry knowledge is required; I'll guide you through the workshop and share plenty of tips to master the recipes.
Open to all adult participants.
You will leave the class with
- A pastry box containing your creations
- The know-how to recreate your pastries at home
- The recipes covered during the workshop
After the hard work, comes the comfort!
We'll take the time to taste your pastries with a refreshing drink. I'll also provide a cake box for you to take your chef-made creations home, ready to impress your family and friends.

I welcome you from Monday to Saturday for sessions in the morning or afternoon.
An apron is provided upon your arrival, as well as refreshments and homemade cookies.
The location is in the 6th arrondissement of Marseille.
