During this workshop, we will make deliciously indulgent choux pastry filled with a light praline cream and a hazelnut and almond praline. At the end, we take the time to taste your creations, and if any remain, you will leave with a beautiful cake box.

In this class you will learn

  • How to prepare choux pastry and identify the key steps in perfecting your mixture
  • How to create a pure hazelnut and almond praline
  • How to whip up a light praline cream
  • How to fill and decorate the choux using a piping bag.

No prior pastry knowledge is required; I'll guide you every step of the way and share plenty of tips to master the recipes. And in the end, you'll leave with a chef-quality Paris-Brest!

I welcome you from Monday to Saturday for sessions in the morning or afternoon.

An apron is provided upon arrival, along with refreshments and homemade biscuits.
